Side meeting request

For side meetings organised by participants during the course of the conference, 3–7 September 2018, the EMS has reserved two extra rooms free of charge for the side meeting organiser(s).

Room 2001 has a capacity of 45 seats in u-shape style, seats and tables are fixed and cannot be moved, while room 338 has a capacity of 40 seats in class room style or 20 in u-shape. The assignment will depend on the estimated participants number.

These rooms are not available for booking as an extension of a session. These kinds of requests will automatically be withdrawn.

Please note, that every participant of a side meeting must be registered for the EMS Annual Meeting 2018.

Room 2001 is equipped with a data projector. A laptop is not provided and must be brought by the organizer of the side meeting. Room 338 is equipped with one data projector (beamer), usable via a build-in PC. Both rooms can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby a maximum of two successive time blocks can be blocked per side meeting:

Please study the side meeting overview before you make a reservation. Your request will be handled by Copernicus Meetings on a first come-first served basis. Your side meeting will be scheduled in the next few days. You will only be contacted by us in case any questions may arise.
